FAQs

How does the Meet-and-Greet work?

Often, our first meeting will go as follows:

    • As part of the Meet-and-Greet, I think it is really important to be able to see you while we talk. This will help both of better connect. Please allow for:

        • Talking via FaceTime, Zoom or Google Duo

        • or, Sending a picture via email or text during our call

    • I start by inviting you to spend 5 to 10 minutes to share pertinent information about yourself including what you are looking for with our sessions.

    • I will spend 10 to 15 minutes explaining my methods and if you are open, often share concepts right away so you can get a feel for how we would interact.

    • I will answer any questions you may have.

    • Often, clients want to jump into our first paid session at the end of our Meet-and-Greet so I try and keep my schedule open for that otherwise, we can schedule our meeting at the end of the Meet-and-Greet

How do I prepare for our meetings?

The work we are doing has opportunity to be very deep so preparing yourself by making sure your physical needs are taken care of is helpful. Acquiring a peaceful space that is free of distractions is key also.

I suggest you have some method of note taking. (Pen and paper work well and tend to be less distracting than a device). You are welcome to record our call.

How do the calls work? Do you call me or will I call you?

I ask the client to be the one to make the call. This will give you a chance to grab your notes, gather your thoughts, and get to a quiet place where you can talk in private. Occasionally the call will drop. If that happens, I will wait for you to recall me.

Sometimes previous calls will go over time Typically, I will send a text before our appointment to alert you I am running late and a second text letting you know I am ready for your call. If this occurs, we will add extra time at the end of your appointed time to make sure the 50 minutes is covered.

If our call is a Zoom call I will send you a link unless you have Zoom and want to send me the link to join you in a meeting. If our call is FaceTime or another type I will wait for your call.

What if I need to reschedule?

Occasionally circumstances arise that cause a conflict in scheduling, if this happens, I am happy to reschedule as much as my calendar will allow. If I have no openings that work for us both we will just keep our next prescheduled appointment.

What is the cost?

$75.00 USD per private 50-minute session.

$40.00 USD per private 25-minute session.

The suggested rate of $30 to $50 USD per 2-hour group session

How do payments work?

I like to do a free Meet-and-Greet to determine if we are compatible together. If we decide to have addition meetings, payment in advance is appreciated.

Payments can be made through Venmo, Zelle and Apple Pay.

Some countries are not able to access these methods of payment. If this is a problem I can take PayPal with a $5 fee to cover the PayPal costs to me.
