Private sessions range from 25 to 50 minutes and focus on subjects introduced by myself or the client. Using Spiritual Shadowing worksheets and tools, we process through session subjects. My main objective in each session is guiding you as you learn how to organically create as well as sustainably maintain higher vibrational frequency emotions and behaviors in everyday life.

Group sessions will take concepts that have been in development for over five decades, honed into Spiritual Shadowing tools, and apply group work.

Group sessions are 2-hours long and include topics and presentations of choice introduced by me. Sessions are mix of group presentations and open topics for discussion, using multiple tools such as the Universal Laws, we will learn how to organically create as well as gently maintain higher vibrational frequency emotions and behaviors in everyday life.
